Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, ensuring personalized treatment approaches are developed.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Maintain ongoing collaboration with a network of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to promote an integrated and holistic approach to client care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as needed, responding to clients experiencing acute distress while employing your clinical competencies.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health literacy, reducing stigma, and promoting wellness strategies among various demographic groups.

Qualifications\n

• Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
