Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to determine the needs of patients accurately and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to help individuals, couples, and families achieve their mental health goals.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups, providing clients with a sense of community while addressing prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilize patients during urgent mental health episodes, delivering timely and effective support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
