Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for new clients, employing standardized tools and individualized approaches to determine their specific mental health needs. Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique situation.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to treat a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals regularly to deliver coordinated and holistic care, ensuring all aspects of client well-being are addressed.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, utilizing your skills to provide immediate support to clients in times of acute distress, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in California.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
