This position offers flexibility with a remote work option while maintaining connection with a collaborative outpatient team. Your work schedule will follow regular business hours, specifically Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions with the ability to customize approaches based on individual client needs.
