Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to identify concerns, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, adapting strategies based on individual client reports and progress.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or solution-focused approaches tailored to client needs.

• Engage in regular progress evaluations with clients, adjusting therapeutic goals as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and supervision, to hone clinical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographics are varied, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Doctorate is preferred.
