Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trustful and positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and discuss upcoming appointments and discharge plans when deemed appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized, client-centered treatment plans tailored to individual goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives the attention and support they require weekly.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
