Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that meet individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions in individual, group, family, and couple therapy settings, employing multiple therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary teams to discuss treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay updated with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Stone Path Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Many of our clients have limited access to care, and your role will be instrumental in providing the support they need. You will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, focusing on tailored approaches that resonate with each individual's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field is mandatory.

• Proof of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating your proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
