Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver high-quality counseling services to stable, low acuity adult patients, who may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief-related issues.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to connect with clients via various communication methods, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using your clinical judgment to foster effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a network of over 10,000 therapists, accessing a strong peer community for support, resources, and professional development.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC with South Pine Counseling Center, you will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. This focus allows you to dedicate your expertise to individuals struggling with anxiety, mild depression, relationship problems, and similar issues, providing them with appropriate therapeutic interventions while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, independent LPCC license in California, free from disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection and access to a working phone and computer (note: tablets are not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive compensation package, with a salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may receive a substantial sign-on bonus, and full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
