Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to clients of varying backgrounds and clinical diagnoses, ensuring the highest standards of therapeutic care.

As a Mental Health Counselor at PROMIS Neurodevelopmental, you will be working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults, as well as specific communities like LGBTQIA+ individuals and trauma survivors. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current LPCC license in the State of California, with BBS registration.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in documentation and administration of therapy sessions within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in diverse settings addressing various mental health disorders.

• Hands-on experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
