Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, leveraging evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Effectively implement therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each session is impactful and aligned with clients’ goals.

• Maintain confidential clinical documentation, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring all records are kept up-to-date and accessible only to authorized personnel.

• Engage in regular peer consultation meetings and collaborative care conferences to enhance clinical strategies and improve overall patient outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options to foster informed decision-making and active participation in recovery.

Qualifications\n
