This is a full-time remote position, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of individual patients and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups tailored to address common mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community amongst participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping patients with emotional support and coping strategies during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic documentation following legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and professionalism.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Raze Care, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, comprising individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Clients may range from adolescents grappling with anxiety to adults dealing with substance abuse, ensuring that you gain rich experience across different demographics and issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven track record of conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and tailoring treatment plans effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment while maintaining professional boundaries and ethics in all interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
