Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during urgent mental health emergencies to support patients effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults and adolescents who are facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
