Work Environment\n

This role allows for remote work, enabling counselors to operate from the comfort of their homes while engaging actively through our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. Our team adheres to a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using established clinical instruments to evaluate patients' psychological functioning and treatment needs.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

  • Provide direct therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, facilitating meaningful therapeutic sessions that address various mental health challenges.

  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups and ongoing support sessions to foster community and promote mental health awareness among patients.

  • Serve as a critical member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.

  • Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and comfort.

  • Educate patients and family members about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources for ongoing support.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards.

  • Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated with advancements in therapies and treatment methodologies.

  • Contribute to team meetings and case consultations, fostering collaborative discussions regarding patient care strategies and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse clientele, comprising individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field; preferably a Master's Degree or Doctorate is highly regarded.

  • Current and valid licensure as a mental health counselor (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Raze Care offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
