Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and inform tailored treatment plans, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating psychoeducational groups and support sessions that encourage patient engagement and provide valuable insights into mental health conditions.

• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for our patients.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely assistance and resources.

• Educating patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and connecting them with relevant community resources.

• Maintaining precise documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and other legal requirements.

• Participating actively in case consultations, staff meetings, and continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Staying updated with current research and advancements in mental health therapy to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Raze Care, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing a spectrum of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Each patient's background and experience will inform their treatment approach, allowing you to employ culturally sensitive and individualized strategies that promote healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW) in California.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and commitment to clinical excellence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
