Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health status and needs of patients, formulating individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions, utilizing effective crisis intervention techniques to assist patients experiencing acute distress or challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Active state Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field is required. A Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
