Work Environment\n

This position is designed for professionals who thrive in a remote work setting. While you will work from home, you will be connected to a passionate team of mental health specialists dedicated to collaboration and mutual support. Your work hours will primarily be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate client schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Participate in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously enhance the quality of care offered to our clients.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.
\n
• Stay current with advancements in mental health research and best practices to ensure effective and progressive treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with a range of mental health conditions, including trauma histories, anxiety disorders, and depression. Our client base is as diverse as the vibrant community of Fresno, and you will have the opportunity to help those from various walks of life achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in California.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy treatments, with a capacity to personalize care based on individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to provide timely and effective interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting or crisis intervention.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to streamline administrative functions and maintain accurate client documentation.

• Previous participation in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
