Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for a diverse clientele to evaluate their emotional, behavioral, and psychological status, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, diagnosis, and goals.

• Provide engaging and therapeutic counseling across various formats (individuals, couples, families, or groups) using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and empathy to facilitate open communication and encourage positive client outcomes.

• Employ diverse therapeutic techniques to address specific mental health concerns, resulting in significant behavioral and cognitive improvements in clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related fields from an accredited institution.

• Current valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Strong patient assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans based on individualized client requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a private practice or healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The mental health therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, in addition to a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
