Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, establishing tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Provide engaging individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services, addressing an array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Lead and facilitate therapy groups and workshops, focusing on topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development, fostering an interactive environment for peer support.

• Collaborate with various community health services and medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care, including referrals to psychiatrists, nutritionists, and case managers when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential patient records that comply with ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring comprehensive documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and communication.

You will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups, who are seeking support for an extensive range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields is a minimum requirement; however, a Master’s or Doctoral Degree is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients and colleagues, emphasizing empathy and active listening.
