Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trustful therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a safe space for open communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s specific goals and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing feedback.

• Provide consistent therapy sessions through various formats including individual, couples, family, and group sessions, adapting interventions as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Engage with external specialists or agencies for referrals when required, ensuring clients receive holistic support tailored to their needs.

• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute insights and solutions to improve practice operations and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients dealing with a variety of mental and behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will be equipped to work with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families, creating tailored therapeutic approaches that respect and respond to individual circumstances and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• Current, valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
