Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that account for unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions focusing on mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling to guide clients toward achieving mental wellness.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay updated with industry best practices by participating in professional development opportunities and integrating the latest research findings into your practice.

• Actively contribute ideas and feedback to enhance program effectiveness and improve overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population primarily includes individuals facing various psychological challenges, with an emphasis on culturally competent care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting working with individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems to streamline documentation processes and enhance patient care management.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to clients dealing with complex mental health issues including trauma-informed care practices.

This position offers a competitive salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000 yearly.
