Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and deliver therapeutic sessions through an 8-week evidence-based program, focusing on actionable skills and strategies for long-term mental health improvement.

• Monitor participant progress diligently, offering follow-up communications that reinforce treatment strategies and documenting session notes accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with the care team, assisting participants with accessing vital resources, obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms, and navigating their mental health journey.
\n
• Proactively identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, following established protocols to ensure safety and effective intervention.
\n
• Engage in regular meetings with supervisors, participating in monthly team meetings and Town Halls to promote transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice by adhering to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, completing all required annual training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving diverse individuals experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex behavioral issues. Your focus will be on building therapeutic alliances that empower patients to develop long-term habits for managing their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Other credentials like Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) are considered an asset.

• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule to accommodate patient needs.
\n
• Clinical experience in evidence-based therapy practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-oriented approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
