Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status to tailor individualized treatment plans that facilitate positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with adult clients presenting with a wide range of psychosocial issues. All clients are pre-screened and identified as having stable mental health conditions with low acuity, which allows you to concentrate on therapeutic interventions rather than crisis management. You will be instrumental in assisting clients to navigate the complexities of mental health while fostering an environment of trust, safety, and support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
