Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and independently issued license from the state of California, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW (limited or provisional licenses are not accepted).

• Effective decision-making skills for evaluating client progress and identifying necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and empathetic connections with clients.

• Proficient in the use of technology and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience in teletherapy, a strong background in solution-focused therapy, or those who have specialized in working with specific populations (such as children, couples, or individuals facing trauma) will be given preference. The salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
