Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including mental status examinations and evaluations of functional impairments and trauma histories to inform accurate diagnoses.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique mental health concerns of individuals, families, and groups.

• Provide various therapeutic services, including individual counseling, psychoeducational groups, and crisis intervention, to empower clients to explore their emotions and develop practical coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and trauma-informed methodologies to ensure culturally competent care that respects each client's background.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
