Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, identifying key issues and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized, culturally responsive treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and preferences.

• Facilitate therapy sessions employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to implement effective coping strategies, enhancing their ability to manage symptoms and improve their overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
