The successful candidate will operate in a predominantly remote setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality care. You will be expected to adhere to a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, optimizing your productivity while ensuring ample time for client interactions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services, including individual, group, and family counseling, tailored to each client's specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and mental health needs. Your focus will be on creating meaningful connections with clients, particularly those dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, and grief. Understanding their cultural and individual contexts will be crucial in providing empathetic and effective support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LPCC license issued in California is mandatory; applications from associate or pre-licensed professionals cannot be considered.
