As a Mental Health Counselor at Well Star Health Services, your role encompasses a variety of key responsibilities:

• Document sessions by efficiently completing progress notes immediately following client interactions to ensure continuity of care and adherence to compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated ability to complete progress notes and clinical documentation in a timely and insightful manner post-client sessions.
