Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Comfort Console Psychotherapy, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Reviewing client charts for compliance and documentation accuracy, completing weekly audits every Friday to ensure all paperwork is up to date.

• Facilitating effective discharge planning and engaging in community outreach to connect clients with appropriate resources.

• Responding swiftly to emergency situations, applying sound judgment to initiate appropriate interventions.

• Documenting significant client activities and events meticulously in daily records to track progress and customize interventions.

• Addressing client complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring that their concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

• Overseeing new client orientations conducted by support staff, ensuring comprehensive onboarding experiences.

• Communicating with family members as directed by clients, scheduling follow-up communications throughout the course of treatment.

• Meeting with clients individually a minimum of twice per week to provide continuous support and guidance.

• Recording notes for each group session and client interaction to maintain clear and accurate records of therapy progress.

Qualifications\n
