Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain compliant clinical records and documentation in strict adherence to ethical and legal standards, using EMR software to ensure efficiency.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest trends and practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Lifeline Community Care, you will work directly with clients who often have limited access to mental health services. The patient population includes individuals experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your role will contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for these individuals and promoting resilience within families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
