Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, related to issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health and counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may have limited access to effective mental health resources. Your focus will be on providing tailored therapeutic support that addresses individual client needs while fostering emotional and psychological resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards concerning mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team setting.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology tools is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
