Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with new clients to understand their current mental health status, challenges, and treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Wise Mind, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance-related disorders. You will utilize culturally competent therapeutic techniques to effectively address the needs of clients from varied backgrounds and life experiences, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience working with a variety of mental health disorders.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches and best practices in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
