Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, both in-person when applicable and through telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly review progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment interventions as needed.

• Document all clinical services comprehensively, ensuring that initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary notes meet established standards and are maintained in compliance with state regulations.

• Establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients by fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic counseling environment that promotes open dialogue.

Qualifications\n
