Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients’ needs, histories, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs and preferences.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards, confidentiality guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care approaches that address the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Engage in patient education practices, providing insights and resources to assist clients and their families in understanding mental health issues and treatment options.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and methodologies to enhance our clinical practices and client services.

Our community health clinic serves a broad range of clients, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings.

• Proficiency in conducting solution-based psychotherapy interventions with a strong focus on client outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding when engaging with clients and families.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills necessary for tailored treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
