Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to devise individualized treatment plans aligned with each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective mental health interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold our ethical standards and ensure patient privacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the holistic care delivered to clients.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve your clinical skills and the services we provide.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and available resources, thereby empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and our goal is to tailor our therapeutic interventions to meet their unique cultural and personal needs, promoting a sense of inclusivity and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
