Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients who present with low-acuity mental health issues. All clients are pre-screened and demonstrate stability, allowing you to focus on delivering effective therapeutic interventions without heavy crisis management. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a state-issued independent license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make informed clinical evaluations and effective treatment recommendations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate approach to client care.

• Strong proficiency with computer systems and software used in telehealth and electronic documentation.
