Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. Utilize a rich variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to enhance client engagement and effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for every client.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, applying your clinical expertise to navigate emergencies, reduce symptoms, and facilitate access to additional resources.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to increase mental health awareness and reduce stigma, thereby contributing to a larger movement of acceptance and understanding regarding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with a broad range of clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master’s degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to ensure accurate, comprehensive documentation and the effective management of client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n
