Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.

• Create individualized therapy plans integrating evidence-based practices tailored to address specific disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, both individually and in group settings, employing culturally competent and trauma-informed approaches that resonate with diverse populations.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or support groups, when additional services are required.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress in our EHR with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of new methodologies and best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will support individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Our commitment to cultural competence means you will be expected to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting each individual’s unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices in therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster an empathetic therapeutic alliance.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and familiar with telehealth technologies to optimize client engagement and documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
