Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to deliver personalized care, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Meet regularly with clients to monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and provide ongoing support and resources.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the EHR, ensuring all documentation is compliant with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Your work will focus on a diverse population, addressing various mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, stress, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in New York State.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical or counseling setting.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment methods, and the application of these to diverse client populations.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with a calm demeanor that supports clients in distressing situations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• A commitment to professional ethics, boundaries, and maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pacific Bay Behavioral Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
