Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share personal experiences, gain insights, and support one another in their healing journeys.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling that assists clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop coping strategies and actionable plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to construct individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Use various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate and track client progress, adjusting treatment approaches when necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, regularly communicating and consulting on complex cases to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will have the rewarding experience of helping this population overcome a variety of mental health challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
\n
• Licensure: Must be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient settings, particularly working with young adults or adolescents.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and holistic approaches to mental health.
\n
• Experience in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
