Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual therapy sessions designed to address a spectrum of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate measurable outcomes and client preferences.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients facing urgent mental health situations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, develop coping strategies, and direct them towards available community resources.

• Maintain a comprehensive and confidential documentation system that includes clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, upholding the highest ethical and legal standards.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations governing counseling practices, including adherence to client confidentiality and informed consent policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n
