Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based individual therapy sessions using a range of modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor client progress toward therapeutic goals and adjust strategies as necessary to meet changing needs.

• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility barriers.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment outcomes to uphold both ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges widely, with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage caseload effectively while meeting deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
