Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to form individualized therapy strategies, ensuring each client receives tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address the specific needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Engage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, support their overall treatment goals, and ensure all parties are aligned in the client's best interests.

• Maintain accurate and updated clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security in client records.

Your practice will primarily focus on a diverse range of client needs and backgrounds, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
