Key Responsibilities\n

You will take on a variety of responsibilities essential to the well-being of our clients, including:

• Assessing client needs and creating comprehensive treatment plans, including crisis and behavioral support plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Completing precise and timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring coherent communication among team members.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and inform treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical team.

• Working closely with various programs and groups to design and implement positive behavior support strategies that foster growth and improvement.

• Actively contributing to licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our commitment to quality care.

• Serving as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to better coordinate care and resources for clients.

• Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to promote Brightside Health Center's mission efficiently.

• Engaging in professional development activities, attending conferences, and representing the agency in meetings related to your area of expertise.

• Promoting and integrating the agency’s mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.

• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support our overall objectives and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals with a variety of mental health challenges, including those seeking assistance with emotional health, substance use recovery, and coping with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. By employing evidence-based methodologies and fostering a compassionate relationship, you will help these individuals navigate their journeys toward recovery and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field from an accredited institution.

• An independent LMHC license to practice in Massachusetts or the willingness to obtain the necessary licensure in the state – we will cover the costs associated with this process if you are licensed in another state.
