Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, while also providing pre-crisis and crisis consultation as required.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that facilitate client progress.

• Engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services meet required standards.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, community partners, and state agencies to optimize client support and advocate for their needs.

• Foster open communication with stakeholders to align with organizational goals and enhance community involvement in mental health initiatives.

• Develop and sustain partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote the agency's programs and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development and family community involvement, which includes attending conferences, representing the agency in various forums, and actively participating in local and statewide task forces.

• Promote the agency’s core values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of work.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that contribute to the effective delivery of mental health services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
