Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and foster peer support through shared challenges.

• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored individual counseling sessions that help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing actionable coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often presents unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment difficulties. Your expert guidance and support will be instrumental in helping clients navigate these challenges, facilitating recovery, growth, and the development of healthier coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• A valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
