Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing interviews and standardized tools, to accurately identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care strategies.

• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring cohesive care, especially during crisis situations, to provide timely and effective interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing your clinical skills to manage acute distress and navigate emergency situations with empathy and efficiency.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma through education and advocacy programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at our Community Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
