Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s specific challenges and strengths.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions—both individual and group—utilizing evidence-based practices and culturally responsive methods.

• Employ therapeutic techniques to assist clients in developing coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and working towards treatment goals.

• Regularly document client progress and update treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and make appropriate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating a deep understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
