Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to understand their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to each client’s situation, informed by current best practices and methodologies.

• Participate in ongoing communication with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive treatment approaches and effective patient care.

• Deliver case management services that involve collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive mental health support.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation of patient interactions and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities as part of the treatment strategy in outpatient settings, enhancing client engagement and progress toward treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, working to empower clients through personalized care plans that respect their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) recognized by the State of Massachusetts.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• The role requires a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• The ability to manage a caseload ranging from 10 to 40 client sessions per week, ensuring high-quality and uninterrupted care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapies will be highly regarded. Knowledge of community mental health resources and experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team are also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
