Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, identifying symptoms, formulating clinical diagnoses, and developing tailor-made treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and potentially lead group therapy for clients dealing with similar mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities like CBT, DBT, or mindfulness techniques.

• Respond to acute mental health crises by providing timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring client safety and emotional stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA and other ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources available.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient services cater to a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve building rapport and trust with clients, enabling you to create safe and therapeutic spaces for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree will greatly enhance your candidacy.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating strong assessment and diagnostic skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
