Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into each client's unique mental health needs, challenges, and objectives.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and security of clients facing urgent mental health crises.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse clientele comprising individuals from various age groups and backgrounds. You will be instrumental in supporting clients dealing with an array of mental health disorders, including—but not limited to—anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Our telehealth model ensures that we can reach those who may face barriers in accessing traditional in-person therapy, including geographical limitations or mobility challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent credentials.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in providing outpatient therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
